Meal Prep & Ingredient Swaps

Chicken Shawarma: Serve it up in a wrap with hummus and veggies, over rice, or tossed in a fresh salad with cucumber, tomato, and feta!

Three shrimp tacos with grilled shrimp, sautéed bell peppers, and fresh cilantro on flour tortillas, topped with a creamy green sauce—this dish brings the flavors of a Shrimp Fajitas Recipe to your plate. Served on a white plate.

Shrimp Fajitas: Personalize it as you like! Swap shrimp for chicken, beef, or tofu. Add sautéed veggies, experiment with extra spices, or slather on some hot sauce for a kick.

A plate with Mississippi Pot Roast-inspired braised beef short ribs in rich brown sauce, served over creamy mashed potatoes and garnished with cooked yellow peppers.

Mississippi Pot Roast: This tastes even better the next day after the flavors have had time to develop. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat gently before serving.

Big Mac Pizza topped with homemade Big Mac sauce, shredded lettuce, dill pickles, and ground beef on a crispy homemade pizza crust.

Big Mac Pizza: Use a store-bought pizza dough, or make my sourdough or gluten-free pizza crust from scratch!

A plate with white rice topped with Orange Ginger Glazed Salmon and a lemon slice, served with a side of steamed broccoli.

Orange Ginger Glazed Salmon: You can definitely substitute the salmon with other types of fish like trout or cod. Just keep in mind that cooking times might vary depending on the thickness and type of fish you use.

Wedge of pistachio coffee cake on white plate.

Pistachio Coffee Cake: I use dairy-free sour cream and butter, but feel welcome to choose your preferred dairy option without any recipe adjustments. Unless specified otherwise, you have the flexibility to use the dairy option of your choice for the recipe.
