How can I store leftovers?

To store any leftovers, transfer them to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Can I Make This Dish Vegetarian?

Absolutely! You can easily adapt this recipe for vegetarians by substituting the ground pork with plant-based alternatives like crumbled tofu or meatless ground “meat.” The creamy tomato sauce and gnocchi will still shine with these plant-based options.

Can I Use Homemade Gnocchi?

Of course, homemade gnocchi can take this dish to another level. If you have the time and inclination, you can prepare your own gnocchi from scratch. Just ensure it’s cooked according to the package directions or until it’s tender before adding it to the skillet.

What’s the Best Way to Reheat Leftovers?

If you have some Creamy Tomato Gnocchi left and want to enjoy it the next day, it’s a breeze to reheat. Simply place the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, you can use either the microwave or the stovetop. Heat it on low, and if it needs a little extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream to revive that delightful texture.

Can I Adjust the Spice Level?

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to tweak the spice level to suit your taste. If you prefer a little kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes during the cooking process. Alternatively, for a milder flavor, you can reduce the Italian seasoning or skip it altogether.

What Side Dishes Pair Well with Creamy Tomato Gnocchi?

Creamy Tomato Gnocchi is versatile and pairs beautifully with a variety of side dishes. You can serve it with a simple garden salad, garlic bread, or even a side of sautéed greens for a balanced meal. Let your creativity flow and personalize your perfect meal.
