Meal Prep & Ingredient Swaps

A veggie burger with leafy greens, a tomato slice, avocado slices, and creamy sauce in a toasted bun—served on a white plate, it’s a fresh alternative to classic Chicken Ranch Burgers.

Ranch Chicken Burgers: Made with ground chicken, these burgers are a lighter alternative to traditional beef burgers, but feel free to use turkey or go big with ground beef!

Baked Feta Chicken Tacos: Use rotisserie chicken instead of ground meat. Just shred the rotisserie chicken and mix it with the seasoning and a splash of water in the skillet to warm it through.

A close-up of a slice of gluten free lasagna on a white plate, featuring layers of pasta, seasoned meat sauce, melted cheese, and herbs, with a rustic wooden surface in the background.

Ultimate Meat Lasagna: Feel free to sneak in some veggies like spinach, zucchini, or mushrooms between the layers for added nutrition and a delightful twist.

A white plate with a serving of Parmesan Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole sits next to baked chicken thigh, both placed on a rustic wooden table alongside mixed vegetables.

Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole: You can easily replace the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup for a different flavor profile, add diced onions and minced garlic, or toss in some bacon for a smokey flavor.

Easy Beef and Venison Chili

Easy Beef Chili: Top with shredded cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, diced avocado, green onions, jalapeños, or a squeeze of lime. Don’t forget a side of cornbread!

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies: Chilling the dough helps the cookies maintain their shape during baking and allows the flavors to meld together. It also helps solidify the butter, leading to a chewier texture with crispy edges. Don’t skip this step if you want those perfect cookies!
