  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Salt – Amplifies and enhances all of the flavors while balancing the sweetness.

  • Cinnamon – Adds warmth and depth to every bite and makes these aromatic.
  • Baking Soda
  • Baking Powder
  • Cooked Pie Crust – Use your favorite recipe or use a store-bought pie crust or mix.

Top Tips

Making the Ultimate Apple Pie Cookies couldn’t be easier, but there are a few tips that will make these cheery cookies perfect every time.

  • Butter – Always allow your butter to come to room temperature. This will ensure your cookie dough mixes easily while helping the dry ingredients remain clump free.
  • Portion – use a scoop to help divide your cookie dough into equal sized portions. Not only will this give your cookies a pretty, uniform appearance, but it will also ensure they all bake up evenly.
  • Parchment Paper – Lining your baking sheet with parchment paper will prevent them from sticking to your pans. In addition, it also helps the bottoms of the cookies brown and bake evenly.
