- 2 cups marshmallows
- 8 tbsp butter melted
Chocolate Pastry Cream
- 2 cups oat Milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch salt
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup dark chocolate or semi-sweet I used Dairy Free
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Making the S’mores Pie
- This will make a 9″ pie. Add the graham cracker crumbs to the pie dish, drizzle the melted butter on top.
- Mix and press into the pie dish.
- Add the chocolate pudding or chocolate pastry cream.
- Then top with marshmallows and toast with a torch lightly. Enjoy!
