How to Make Pumpkin Tiramisu

  1. Start by deciding if you’re going the traditional route or deconstructed as I did.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, 2 tsp pumpkin spice extract, and egg yolks. Beat on high until you achieve a pale yellow color, roughly 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the room temperature cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the cream cheese blend.
  5. In another bowl, mix the fresh coffee with 1 tsp of pumpkin spice extract.
  6. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and then layer them at the base of your 10×7 baking dish.
  7. Pour half of the creamy mixture over the ladyfingers, ensuring it’s spread evenly.
  8. Repeat the layers once more: ladyfingers followed by the cream mix.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
