  • 1.5 lbs Melissa’s Produce Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon cooked & chopped
  • Sour Cream & Chives for toppings

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes and place in a large stock pot.
  • Fill the pot up with water where it covers the potatoes by 1”.
  • Place over medium heat and boil until the potatoes are fork tender.
  • Remove, drain and put into a bowl.
  • In a bowl melt the butter and mix in the salt and ranch.
  • Pour the butter ranch mix over the potatoes and toss well.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and brush a large baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Add the potatoes, spread out and with a flat bottom cup gently press the potatoes down.
  • The more you smash them down the crispier they will be.
  • Add some cheese and bacon on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
