  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups 1.1 gluten-free flour or all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Scharffen Berger unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Scharffen Berger 62% cocoa semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup Scharffen Berger 70% cocoa dark chocolate chopped

  • 1/2 cup ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Butter and Sugars:

  • Beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).

Add Eggs & Vanilla:

  • Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

Add Dry Ingredients:
