Commonly Asked Questions

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

You can prep the steak and veggies in advance and store them separately in the fridge. Assemble and heat everything right before serving to keep the noodles from getting mushy.

What Kind of Steak Works Best?

Filet mignon is tender and quick-cooking, but flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye also work well. Just slice it thin for fast, even cooking.

Do I Need to Use the Seasoning Packets?

The ramen seasoning boosts the flavor, but you can leave it out if you’re watching sodium or want more control over the broth. Taste and adjust accordingly.

How Do I Store and Reheat Leftovers?

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of broth or water to loosen the noodles and keep the texture right.

This ramen delivers big flavor with little effort. I love that you can make it feel fancy with a soft egg and toppings, or keep it super simple with just the steak and noodles. Either way, it hits the spot every time.
