Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 2 cups green cabbage sliced thin
  • 2 cups red cabbage sliced thin
  • 4 oz sliced water chestnuts drained
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced thin
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 14 oz can mandarin orange slices drained
  • 1 cup Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing

Instructions 

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain the liquid and set aside to cool slightly.
  • While the noodles are cooking, prep all the vegetables: slice the red bell pepper, green cabbage, red cabbage, and green onions. Shred the carrots and drain the water chestnuts and mandarin oranges.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the veggies, water chestnuts, and mandarin orange slices.
