  • 1 ½ cup of powdered sugar

Cookie Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Add the sugar and butter to a mixing bowl and mix for 5
minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hr.
  • Remove and scoop equal size cookies onto the parchment paper. I used a 1 1/2 tbsp scoop, Space 2″ apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool on the pan.
