Meal Prep & Ingredient Swaps

Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry: I used a combination of yellow squash, zucchini, and snow peas. Feel free to use your favorite combination. Carrots, mushrooms, and bell peppers would be great in this as well.

Shrimp Tacos with Citrus Slaw: Large and extra-large shrimp work great for this shrimp recipe, giving you tender shrimp in every bite. Feel free to use frozen shrimp, just thaw them first.

Homemade Hamburger Helper: Add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, and diced pickles before serving for cheeseburger helper.

Country Fried Chicken: To reheat in the oven, place the chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet and warm at 375°F until heated through. To reheat in the air fryer, warm at 350°F for a few minutes, flipping once.

Honey Balsamic Chuck Roast: Cook until the roast easily pulls apart with a fork. If it still feels firm, continue cooking for another 30 to 60 minutes. Serve with scalloped or mashed potatoes.

Apple Cobbler Cake: The best apples to use for baking: honeycrisp, granny smith, pink lady, fuji, and Braeburn.
