  1. Help, please. I’m mildly confused by the time line in the recipe.
    PREP TIME 15 minutes
    COOK TIME 35 minutes
    15 minutes ⬅️
    TOTAL TIME 1 hour hr 5 minutes

    But Step 9 only has the sheet pan going back in the oven for 5 minutes.
    What am I missing on the second 15 minute segment?

    I’m looking forward to trying this, and may aim it towards a breakfast/brunch mood by adding a couple of over-easy eggs to the top.
