Football season is just around the corner and what better handheld treat than sliders? Give your usual sliders a delicious twist with Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders.

Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders

Sliders are the ultimate gameday food to entertain with, such as my Gluten and Dairy Free Supreme Pizza Siders. They're always a crowd pleaser and easy to make. They also come together almost as fast as halftime.

    Fully Loaded

If you're looking for ideas on how to use your leftover pulled pork, Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders are a fun way to give it new and bold flavors. Perfect for game day eats or just a quick and easy lunch or dinner, these are sure to become a favorite.

All great sliders start with picking the right bun. For this recipe I used Canyon Bakehouse Brioche Style Sweet Rolls. These light and airy rolls are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and soy free. Their soft and chewy texture makes them the ideal base.

A caress of yellow mustard across the buns creates the canvas for the stacks of flavor. Smoky, juicy, tender pulled pork comes next, followed by slices of salty and savory ham. A crown of Dairy Free Swiss cheese gets melted over the top. The final touch you can never forget on any Cuban sandwich, the pickles. I love using Wickles Pickles for that sweet and spicy pop.

The sliders get brushed with Dairy Free butter before being baked in the oven. Warm, melty, and oh so savory, these will be the hit of game day!

How to Make Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders

Give your game day grub a fun new update. Skip the hamburgers and hotdogs and serve up these warm and toasty Cuban sandwich sliders.

    Time needed: 30 minutes.

These fully stacked sliders come together as fast as halftime!

    1. Prep

These sliders come together quickly. Laying out all of your ingredients into place helps the process go even faster. Preheat your oven to 375. Make sure you have the right size baking dish out. I like to use a 7x10 for this.

    2. Stack it Up

Build your sandwiches. Spread mustard onto the bottom buns. Top with pulled pork, followed by the ham. Add your Dairy Free Swiss cheese and then the pickles. Put the top buns on. Spread the Dairy Free butter over the top of each bun.

    3. Into the Ove

Bake your sliders for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.

    4. Touch Down

Serve your sliders with your favorite sides, such as Dairy Free Caramelized Onion Dip with Potato Chips.

    Top Tip

Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Cuban Sliders are a great way to use up any leftover pulled pork you may have. The next time you smoke a pork shoulder or butt, freeze some. This can also be made with any leftover pork you made in your Instapot or crockpot.
