Is there anything that says summertime more than a vibrant and colorful bounty of berries? Gluten and Dairy Free Berry Crisp with Granola is the fun and festive dessert that celebrates fruit at season's peak.

This sweet treat is as easy as it is delicious. With just a handful of ingredients, this berry crisp comes together in less than an hour.

    Pantry Favorite

When you start with produce at their prime, it doesn't take much to make them shine. Gluten and Dairy Free Berry Crisp with Granola is so effortless you will be making this all summer long.

I love having recipes that I can make any day of the week, such as my Easy Gluten Free No Bake Banoffee Parfaits. This fruit crisp requires just a little chopping, and then the oven does the rest of the work.

Having a well-stocked pantry makes pulling desserts like this together a breeze. For the crisp topping, I only use a single ingredient, Grandy Organics Classic Granola. This granola is packed with pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and cashews and is lightly sweetened with wildflower honey. Not only is it Gluten Free it's also certified organic.

The trio of berries in this dessert are strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. The combination is a little sweet and a little tart, accented with the bright burst of both orange and lemon juice.

I baked this in the oven but you can also take advantage of your summertime weather and bake this on the grill or the pellet smoker. This dessert is ideal for your next backyard barbecue bash.

Top Tip for Gluten and Dairy Free Berry Crisp with Granola

Fresh berries are always best when available and when in season. However, you can make this dessert year-round with frozen berries. Make sure they are fully defrosted and drained before combining them with your citrus juices and sugar.
