  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 cups fresh figs, quartered

  • 1 lbs bacon, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
  • 2 tbsp  honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • cup apple cider vinegar
