Dairy Free Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole

I love having quick and easy dishes that I can entertain with. This casserole comes together in minutes and bakes in the oven until golden brown. The best part you can make it ahead of time and then bake it when you’re ready.

Breakfast Comfort

There is just something about casseroles that equal instant comfort food. What better way to start the day than with a Dairy Free Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole?

This casserole combines all of the breakfast favorites into one perfect dish. Eggs, hashbrowns, Dairy Free cheese, ham, and of course bacon. Bacon really does make everything better.

The secret to the depth of flavor in this hearty double smoked meat casserole is Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning. With both ham and bacon in this recipe Dan-O’s low sodium seasoning is the perfect way to add flavor without all of the additional salt.

Dan-O’s is made with all natural ingredients that are sugar free and contain no MSG. While they are low on sodium, they never sacrifice flavor.

The remaining ingredients add to the tang and texture of this breakfast casserole. Dairy Free sour cream helps create the fluffy custard that ties everything all together. And I did promise cheesy. Dairy Free cheddar makes this casserole extra delicious and irresistible.

Top Tip for Dairy Free Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole

Because ham, bacon, and Dairy Free cheese pack a lot of salt, I like to cut back on the amount of additional sodium I add to this dish. By using a low-sodium seasoning I can add a lot of flavor without any unnecessary salt.
