  • Scrape down the sides.
  • Mix in the eggs one at a time.
  • Then mix in the vanilla.
  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix on high until just incorporated.
  • Scrape down the sides and make sure everything’s mixed well.
  • In a bowl mix together the topping.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to scoop equal size cookies, place on the cookie sheet leaving 2” around the cookies.
  • Sprinkle the topping on.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. The tops should not be shiny, the edges will be barely golden brown.
  • Remove, cool on a wire rack.
  • Once cooled, make the glaze by mixing ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Drizzle the glaze on top of the cookies. Enjoy.
