Meal Prep & Ingredient Swaps

One Pot Beef Ramen: While this recipe calls for ground beef, you can easily swap it out for ground turkey, chicken, or even ground pork. The flavors will shift a little depending on the meat you choose, but it will still be delicious.

Verde Chicken Enchiladas: Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking—add extra veggies, toss in some black beans for more fiber, spice it up with more jalapenos, or top it with your favorite garnishes for a personalized touch.

Fried Chicken Salad: Customize the salad with additional ingredients like cheese, different types of greens, or avocado slices to personalize your meal.

Easy Cheeseburger Pasta: This pasta reheats well, which makes leftovers great for lunch. I used shells because they catch the sauce really well, but elbow pasta and rotini also work.

Chicken Mississippi Roast: Include sliced carrots and potatoes for a complete one-pot meal. You can use boneless, skinless chicken pieces, adjusting the cooking time accordingly to ensure they are cooked through.

Peanut Butter Cookie Bars: Don’t overbake these if you want that gooey center! Pull them while the middle still has a slight jiggle. They’ll continue cooking and setting from the heat of the pan.
