  • 1 1/2 tbsp Amoretti Pistachio Butter Artisan Natural Flavor
  • 2-13.66 oz Coconut Cream Cans place in the fridge for 4 hours to cool
  • 11.25 oz sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • I cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a small stock pot add the raspberries, water and sugar.
  • Place over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes until it thickens and breaks down some.
  • Place in an airtight container and place in the fridge to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl add the cooled hardened cream from both coconut cream cans.
  • Dispose of the liquid portion.
  • Mix on high for 3-4 minutes. Should be light and slightly fluffy.
  • Pour in the pistachio natural flavoring and the sweetened condensed milk and mix on high for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, pistachios and the raspberry sauce.
