- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Gluten Free 1.1 flour
- 1 cup Dairy Free semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Dairy Free bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp Dairy Free milk, such as oat milk
French Toast Custard
- 1 cup Dairy Free milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
Cinnamon and Sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Gluten Free bread
- Dairy Free chocolate-hazelnut spread
Instructions
Edible Cookie Dough
- Add the room temperature butter and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix on high for 5 minutes until it is light and fluffy.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.

- Whisk together the ingredients for the custard in a shallow bowl or dish.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl or dish.
- To build your French toast, spread 1 tbsp of chocolate-hazelnut spread on one piece of bread. Spread the edible cookie dough on the other slice of bread. Sandwich them together.
- Dip the sandwiches in the custard mixture and then dip them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat and add Dairy Free butter.
- Allow the first side of the French toast to cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping. Cook the second side for another 3 minutes. They should be golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup if desired.
