Summer is here and the Fourth of July is just around the corner. I don't know about you, but I am always looking for the perfect appetizer to serve. This Gluten Free and Dairy Free Barbecue Corn Dip is one of my favorites.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Barbecue Corn Dip

Whether you're looking for an easy appetizer for your next barbecue or just want to celebrate the fresh flavors of the summer, this dippable dish is the recipe you need. The best part it can easily be made in the oven or on the grill!

    The Flavors of Summer

Is there anything more iconic for the summer than the smells of barbecue and the sweet pop of corn? Gluten Free and Dairy Free Barbecue Corn Dip combines both into the ultimate bite.

This is a dip that I could totally make a meal out of. Just add a cool cocktail like my Gluten Free Triple Coconut Key Lime Martini and you have an event unto itself.

This dip gets its smoky, tangy kissed by fire flavor from Outside Table's Weekend BBQ Seasoning. Organic ancho chile, chipotle, and cayenne bring the heat and smokiness while sugar balances it out with a little sweet. Paprika and garlic powder round out the flavors with a kiss of savory.

I love using Outside Table's products. They're certified organic, small batch made. They always give my dishes that all day cooked flavor.

Dairy Free cream cheese and Dairy Free parmesan give this dip its tang and creaminess, along with mayonnaise. While you can make this dip year round with either frozen corn or canned corn, there's nothing like using summer fresh corn. For additional smoky flavor try charring your corn on the grill!

How to Make Gluten Free and Dairy Free Barbecue Corn Dip

Making this dip couldn't be easier. Just mix it, bake it, and dip it!

    Time needed: 30 minutes.

Whether you're dipping tortilla chips or veggies, this is sure to become a repeat recipe.

    1. Pregame

Preheat your oven or grill to 375 degrees. This will fit a 6x6 baking dish. If making this on the grill, make sure it is a grill safe baking dish.

    2. Mix it Up

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

    3. Bake it Up

Spread your Gluten Free and Dairy Free Barbecue Corn Dip into your baking dish. Allow it to bake for 20 minutes.

    4. Serve it Up

Serve this dip with your favorite tortilla chips or veggies.

    Tips

Make sure your Dairy Free cream cheese is at room temperature so everything mixes together smoothly.

This is a great dish not just to make ahead, but also take to a party. It can be assembled the night before and then baked off just before you're ready to serve it.
