Easy Santa Fe Steak Tacos – A Flavor-Packed 30-Minute Meal

Taco night just got an upgrade! These Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Santa Fe Steak Tacos are bold, smoky, and ready in under 30 minutes, making them perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner.

Why You’ll Love These Tacos

Fast & Flavorful – A quick Santa Fe-inspired marinade infuses the steak with smoky barbecue notes, a touch of sweetness, and a hint of heat.
Perfectly Seared Steak – Cooking the steak in a hot pan or wok ensures a beautiful crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy.
Fresh & Vibrant Salsa – A corn and black bean salsa with lime, poblanos, and tomatoes adds the perfect balance of freshness and texture.

Quick Santa Fe Steak Marinade

A simple marinade is the key to these bold and smoky tacos. Using Urban Accents Santa Fe BBQ Dryglaze, the steak absorbs deep, rich flavors in just an hour. Cutting the steak into cubes before cooking helps it sear quickly while keeping every bite juicy and flavorful.

The Ultimate Taco Topping: Corn & Black Bean Salsa

No taco is complete without fresh toppings! This easy salsa is a delicious mix of:
🌽 Corn (fresh or canned)
🫘 Black beans for texture and protein
🌶️ Poblanos & tomatoes for a pop of flavor
🍋 Lime juice to bring it all together

The longer this salsa sits, the better it gets—making it an excellent make-ahead topping for tacos, burrito bowls, or salads!

Make Taco Night Easy & Delicious

Whether you’re feeding the family or looking for a gluten-free, dairy-free meal that doesn’t skimp on flavor, these Santa Fe Steak Tacos deliver in every bite. Pair them with fresh guacamole and a squeeze of lime for the ultimate Taco Tuesday upgrade!
