    Life is all about making memories and having fun. This colorful and festive confection can make any little moment suddenly an occasion. Combining texture, color, and colliding sweet with savory this is a perfect pick-me up any time of day.

    This Easy Dairy Free Crunchy Date Chocolate bark is as delicious as it's fun. It's a beautiful addition to any charcuterie board, makes an elegant end note to dinner, will adda little sunshine to any lunch, and also makes a beautiful gift.

    Part of what makes this chocolate bark so special is the addition of D'vash Organics Premium Khalas Dates. The naturally sweet, nutrient dense super food that is the candy of nature adds both its own unique flavor and also delicate chewy texture.

    I love using D'vash Organics in both my baking and cooking. Their date syrups are a great one to one swap for other types of sweeteners. Their dates are ideal for just snacking on, but I also love adding them to my recipes for both the flavor and also all of the nutritional benefits.

    In addition to the dates, this chocolate bark packs a punch of crunch. Both pistachios and almonds add a little kiss of savory along with their crispy bite. Cranberries offer of a tangy note, and dried apples round out the colorful array of addins.

    Putting the Easy in Easy Dairy Free Crunchy Date Chocolate Bark

    Get out your baking sheet and parchment paper, and let's have some fun making chocolate bark! This is almost no bake since we're just melting.

    • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. You're not baking anything, just gently melting the chocolate.
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make the bark easy to remove once it's dry.
    • Lay the chocolate out next to each other.
    • Place in the oven for 5 minutes, or until it's slightly melted.
    • Use a spatula to spread out the chocolate. You want it thick enough to hold the toppings for the Easy Dairy Free Crunchy Date Chocolate Bark.
    • Sprinkle on the dates, followed by the nuts, and then the dried fruit.
    • Set it aside and allow it to cool completely.

    Equipment

    • 1 Baking Sheet
    • Parchment paper

    Ingredients

    • 16 oz Dairy Free dark chocolate Use favorite type of chocolate, or even a combination of chocolates
    • 1 cup D'vash Organics dates, seeds removed and chopped
    • ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
    • ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
    • ½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
    • ½ cup dried apples, roughly chopped

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Lay the chocolate out next to each other.
    • Bake for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is just beginning to melt.
    • Using a spatula spread out the chocolate until smooth.
    • Sprinkle on the dates, almonds, pistachios, cranberries, and apples.
    • Allow to cool completely to set up.
    • Break apart and enjoy!
