  1. Pregame

    Heat your grill and griddle to 500 degrees.

  2. Taco Time

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 6 tostada shells
  • 1 cup Dairy Free shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, Dairy Free sour cream, etc.

Instructions

  • Heat your grill and griddle to 500 degrees.
  • Place the ground beef onto the griddle and add the taco seasoning. Continue to move it around until the ground beef is completely cooked through. Remove from the griddle.
  • Divide the refried beans between the 6 tortillas and spread them out. Sprinkle cheese on top of the beans and then stack the tostada shell on top.
  • Add the vegetable oil to the griddle. Place the stacked tostadas onto the griddle and allow them to cook 5-7 minutes until the tortillas are slightly crispy.
  • To build your tostadas, top each with ground beef. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and your favorite taco toppings.
