  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 2 cups green cabbage sliced thin
  • 2 cups red cabbage sliced thin
  • 4 ounces sliced water chestnuts drained
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced thin
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 14 ounces can mandarin orange slices drained
