  • 1 cup apple Juice
  • 3 cups apples peeled & diced
  • cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Preheat to 350°F. Butter a 10” round x 3” deep dish or 7×10 x 3” deep dish. Place it on a cookie sheet.
