How to Make BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

For the Pizza Dough

Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes until the top becomes very foamy. 

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, add the gluten-free bread flour and kosher salt and mix well. 

Mix the Dough: To the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the sparkling water, the activated yeast mixture, and olive oil. Turn on a mixer to setting 2 and knead the dough for 3 minutes until it’s sticky and holding its shape. 

Rise the Dough: Brush a glass bowl with olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set it aside in a draft-free area for 3 hours, allowing it to double in size. 

Prepare the Pizza Dough: Lightly flour a work surface and gently work the dough with your hands to shape it. Be gentle to keep the air in the dough

For the Pizza
