Whisk together the ingredients for the custard in a shallow bowl or dish.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl or dish.
To build your French toast, spread 1 tbsp of chocolate-hazelnut spread on one piece of bread. Spread the edible cookie dough on the other slice of bread. Sandwich them together.
Dip the sandwiches in the custard mixture and then dip them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat and add Dairy Free butter.
Allow the first side of the French toast to cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping. Cook the second side for another 3 minutes. They should be golden brown.
