  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice

  • 1 red pepper cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 cup on pineapple cut into 1 pieces
  • 1 lb of large shrimp cleaned
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Glaze: Mix all the ingredients together and split half and save 1/2 to drizzle on top of the dish when finished.
  • Skewers: Heat the grill up to 400 degrees.
  • Assemble the skewers.
  • Brush with olive oil and place on the grill.
  • Cook each side of the skewer for approximately 3-4 minutes (depending on the size of the shrimp) They will turn orange and will curl up some.
  • After the first flip brush the shrimp skewers with the glaze.
  • Flip, glaze the other side and remove.
