  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a sauté pan add the olive oil, diced onion and diced pepper.
  • Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  • Add to the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
  • Internal temp should be 160.
  • Remove, add some of the glaze, bake for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Make the Glaze

  • Add all of the ingredients to a stock pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with the meatloaf.
