Gluten and Dairy Free Meat Lover’s Breakfast Pizza
With kids headed back to school, how about a fun way to start their day? Gluten and Dairy Free Meat Lover’s Breakfast Pizza is the ultimate way to get the day going.

I love pizza, such as my Gluten Free Ham Peach Pizza with Date Syrup. So, who says you can’t have pizza for breakfast? This savory and delicious treat combines all of your morning time favorites into the ultimate mashup of flavors and textures.
Layers of Flavor
This fully loaded Gluten and Dairy Free Meat Lover’s Breakfast Pizza is all about building the layers of flavor. A little sweet and a whole lot of savory, this is perfect for brunch, breakfast for dinner, or any time of day.
Mornings can be busy and hectic, but that doesn’t mean making breakfast has to be hectic. This breakfast pizza takes the ease of using a readymade crust with the ability of using toppings you can prepare ahead of time, or even use your favorite leftovers.
All great pizza starts with just the right sauce. The base and canvas for this morning superstar starts with Dairy Free cream cheese combined with Dan-O’s Original Seasoning.
This 100% natural, less sodium, sugar free seasoning blend combines rosemary, garlic, onion, lemon and orange peel, and other spices. Because it has 4x less sodium than other similar types of blends, you can use more of it. In addition, salt isn’t the predominate flavor allowing the other spices and aromatics to shine.
Cooked sweet potatoes, bacon, sausage, and bell pepper make up the next layer. The sweet potatoes, bacon, and sausage can all be cooked ahead of time. This is also a great way to use up any leftover roasted or grilled sweet potatoes you might have.
Once the pizza is baked, top it with your favorite style of eggs. All of the breakfast favorites piled up on pizza!

When it comes to creating the sauce for your Gluten and Dairy Free Meat Lover’s Breakfast Pizza, make sure that your Dairy Free cream cheese is at room temperature. This will allow you to quickly mix everything together while keeping the sauce smooth and creamy.
In addition, you can swap out the toppings for any of your favorites for your own variation. Like things spicy? Add fresh jalapenos instead of a bell pepper. You can also swap the bacon and sausage for turkey versions or even vegetarian. Have fun making it your own!
