- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 8 tostada shells
- 1/4 cup cilantro, optional
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ground chicken.
- Use your spoon to break up the chicken. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
