  • Medium-sized pot (2)

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dry mustard powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp nutritional yeast


  • Place a medium-sized pot over medium/low heat. Add rice and water, cooking according to the package's directions until nice and fluffy. Set aside.
  • In another medium pot over low/medium heat, add butter and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes until the broccoli slightly softens. Add all seasonings and milk. Once the milk is heated, add all the cheese. Mix until smooth and cheesy.
  • Add the cooked rice, stir well, and enjoy!
