  • Baking powder
  • Cinnamon

  • Bananas
  • Sugar
  • Green Valley Creamery Butter

How To Make Banana Upside Down Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick baking spray. 
  3. Cut 4 bananas in half and line the baking dish. 
  4. In a mixing bowl mix the sugar and eggs for a couple minutes, add your bananas, butter, and vanilla. 
  5. Then add the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. 
  6. Pour on top of the bananas & bake until the toothpick comes out clean approx. 30-40 minutes. 
  7. The tops will be lightly browned.
  8. Remove and flip onto a board, let sit for a couple of minutes to make sure the bananas release and remove the dish. Enjoy!
