Dairy Free butter, room temperature

Dairy Free cream cheese, room temperature

vanilla extract

powdered sugar

Dairy Free eggnog
*Nutmeg for topping
Instructions
Eggnog Spice Cake
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish or cake pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Add your eggs, sugar, oil, and eggnog to a bowl and mix on high for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before frosting.
Eggnog Cream Cheese Frosting
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy, approximately 5 minutes.
Taste for sweetness. Add additional sugar if desired.
Frost cake, Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Enjoy!
