Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients: egg, egg yolks, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted butter. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, kosher salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-24 minutes. The blondies should look slightly underdone, and a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.
Make the Glaze
In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk and stir. If the glaze is too runny, add more powdered sugar. If it's too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Once the blondies have cooled, drizzle the glaze on top.
