  • 1 7x10 baking dish with 2" sides

Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free 1.1 flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup Dairy Free milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Dairy Free butter, melted
  • 2.7 oz Dark Taza Chocolate Cacao Puro, chopped

Topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside. You want to make sure the sides are at least 2" tall.
  • Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate chip cookie cake to a bowl and mix to just combine.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle both types of sugar over the top of the cake batter.
  • Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top of the cake batter.
  • Carefully pour the boiling water over the top of the cake batter.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with Dairy Free ice cream.
