Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Chili Burgers

These over-the-top savory burgers combine a savory rich chili sauce with juicy burgers.

  • 1 Stock Pot

Ingredients

Chili Sauce

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, minced large
  • a couple of pinches of cayenne add more if you like it spicy
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp chili seasoning
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Chili Cheese Burgers

Instructions

Chili Sauce

  • Heat a pot over medium-low heat with the ground beef and onions.
  • Use your spoon to break up the beef and cook until the beef is browned and onions translucent.
  • Add the tomato paste and mix well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Partially cover the pot and cook for 30-45 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the meat has broken down.

Chili Cheese Burgers

  • To build your chili cheeseburgers top your bun with one or two burgers patties. Add a generous scoop of the chili sauce and Dairy Free Cheese.
  • Enjoy!
