Ingredients
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1/2
cup
quinoa
2
tbsp
D'vash Date syrup
1
cup
applesauce
1
tsp
cinnamon
2
eggs
1/2
cup
Dairy Free milk
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 5" ramekins with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Add the oats and quinoa to a blend. Blend until the texture resembles fine sand.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend until everything is incorporated.
Divide the batter between the two ramekins.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a little of the baked oats and isn't runny.
Top with diced fresh apples and a drizzle of date syrup.
