Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Strawberry Pie
This easy no bake dessert combines a chocolate chip cookie crust with a tangy cheesecake layer and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Gluten and Dairy Free chocolate chip cookies

Dairy Free butter, melted

Dairy Free cream cheese, room temperature

powdered sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract

Dairy Free whipped cream
3
oz
strawberry jello
1
lbs
strawberries sliced
Instructions
Crumble the chocolate chip cookies into the bottom of your baking dish.
Pour the melted Dairy Free butter over the cookies. Mix and pat down slightly to form the bottom crust.
In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spread the cream cheese layer over the top of the cookie crust.
Place in the refrigerator to set up.
Mix the strawberry jello according to the package directions.
Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to partially set up.
Once the jello is partially set mix in the fresh strawberries.
Pour the strawberry mixture over the top of the cream cheese layer.
Allow the pie to refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
