Easy Dairy Free Crunchy Date Chocolate Bark

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Dairy Free dark chocolate Use favorite type of chocolate, or even a combination of chocolates
  • 1 cup D'vash Organics dates, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried apples, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay the chocolate out next to each other.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is just beginning to melt.
  • Using a spatula spread out the chocolate until smooth.
  • Sprinkle on the dates, almonds, pistachios, cranberries, and apples.
  • Allow to cool completely to set up.
  • Break apart and enjoy!
