Gluten Free muffin mix

eggs
3/4
cup
sugar

tsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
baking soda
1
cup
oat milk
1
tsp
almond extract
1/2
cup
Dairy Free butter, room temperature
1
cup
oats
1/2
cup
blackberries
1/2
cup
raspberries
1/2
cup
slivered almonds
*reserved for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Mix together all of the ingredients except for the berries.
Fold in the berries.
Divide the batter between the 12 cups in the muffin tin.
Top with slivered almonds.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
