Gluten Free Bananas Foster Pecan Pancakes
Gluten Free pancakes are topped with a spiced rum-banana and pecan sauce.

Ingredients

spiced rum

cinnamon

cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
water
2
bananas, sliced
1
cup
pecans
Pancakes
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, add your spiced rum, water, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Allow to cook for 5 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Add your sliced bananas and pecans. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Prepare your favorite pancakes. Spoon the sauce over the top of the pancakes.
