Gluten Free Bananas Foster Pecan Pancakes

  • large skillet or griddle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Pancakes

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add your spiced rum, water, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Allow to cook for 5 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • Add your sliced bananas and pecans. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Prepare your favorite pancakes. Spoon the sauce over the top of the pancakes.
