Gluten Free Apple Raisin Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze

Applesauce, walnuts, and raisins make this bundt cake shine along with a tangy Dairy Free cream cheese glaze.

Apple Raisin Bundt Cake

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup Dairy Free butter, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 ¾ cups Gluten Free 1.1 flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped, plus extra for serving
  • 1 cup raisins

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 8 oz Dairy Free cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oat milk


Apple Raisin Bundt Cake

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 10" or 11" bundt pan with nonstick baking spray.
  • In a bowl add the sugars and butter and beat on high for 5 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the eggs, vanilla, oat milk, and apple sauce.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from the pan. After removing allow to cool completely.
  • Drizzle with glaze and garnish with additional walnuts. Enjoy!

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour over the cooled Apple Raisin Bundt Cake.
