Gluten Free Strawberry-Banana Bundt Cake

Fresh strawberries and bananas burst in every bite of this moist and tender bundt cake.

  • 8" bundt pan
  • Mixing Bowl


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup Dairy Free butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups Gluten Free 1.1 flour
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp almond extract


  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • optional red food coloring


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8" bundt pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add the melted butter and sugar. Beat on high for 3 minutes until sugar is mostly dissolved.
  • Add the eggs and banana and mix.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely.


  • In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the cooled cake.
