Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray. Place your salmon on the foil and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce into a blender and blender until smooth.
Baste the fig-miso sauce over the salmon. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is fork tender or your desired doneness. Enjoy!
