Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Donuts with White Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Donuts

  • 2 tbsp Dairy Free butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 oz unsweetened Dairy Free yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cranberry flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 1/2 cups 1.1 Gluten Free flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • chopped pistachios for topping

Dairy Free White Chocolate Glaze

  • 1/4 cup Dairy Free white chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup oat milk

Instructions

Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Donuts

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Spray your donut pan with nonstick baking spray.
  • Add your melted butter, orange zest, and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix for a couple of minutes until the sugar is partially dissolved. Add the yogurt, cranberry flavor, vanilla, and eggs and mix to combine.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Don't over mix.
  • Divide the batter between your donuts pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Flip donuts out onto a cooling rack and allow to partially cool.
  • Dip into white chocolate glaze and sprinkle with pistachios if adding.

Dairy Free White Chocolate Glaze

  • Melt the white chocolate. Whisk in the oat milk, followed by the powdered sugar until fully incorporated and smooth.
