Preheat the oven to 375. Spray your donut pan with nonstick baking spray.
Add your melted butter, orange zest, and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix for a couple of minutes until the sugar is partially dissolved. Add the yogurt, cranberry flavor, vanilla, and eggs and mix to combine.
Add the rest of your ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Don't over mix.
Divide the batter between your donuts pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Flip donuts out onto a cooling rack and allow to partially cool.
Dip into white chocolate glaze and sprinkle with pistachios if adding.

Melt the white chocolate. Whisk in the oat milk, followed by the powdered sugar until fully incorporated and smooth.
