Gluten Free Raspberry Cake with Chocolate Buttercream
Tender and moist raspberry cake is frosted with decadent chocolate buttercream. This Gluten Free and Dairy free dessert comes together easily with the help of pantry staples.

Ingredients
Raspberry Cake

box
white/yellow cake mix
1
box
raspberry gelatin
2
cups
raspberries, plus extra for topping
ingredients for your boxed cake mix
Chocolate Buttercream
1
cup
Dairy Free butter
3 1/2
cup
powdered sugar
3/4
cup
cocoa powder
2
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Raspberry Cake
Preheat oven to the recommended temp on your cake mix.
Combine the cake mix and raspberry jello.
Following the directions on the box, add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Bake cake according to cake mix directions.
Allow to cool.
Chocolate Buttercream
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
Using an offset spatula or butter knife spread the frosting over the top of the cake.
Top with fresh raspberries.
Slice and enjoy!
