Combine all of the filling ingredients in a bowl and pour into a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
Follow the directions on the box for the loaf mix, with the addition of adding 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop cobbler topping onto the top of the fruit mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown the the fruit is bubbly.
Feel free to substitute the frozen peaches for fresh. Vice versa, if fresh mangos aren't available frozen can be used.The sugar in the fruit filling can be swapped out for your favorite sugar alternative.
